Can you ship Estro500 to New Zealand? United Kingdom? Australia? Canada?
Yes. We ship all over the world. Nearly half of our total orders are shipped to the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and New Zealand. We have also shipped to virtually every European country and also to South Africa and Middle Eastern countries.
How long does it take for delivery of Estro500 once I order it?
For U.S. customers, allow about 4 -7 business days. (It usually gets there quicker).
For international customers, it usually takes anywhere from 5 - 15 business days. However, we have noticed that on rare occasions the 5-dispenser offers sometimes get delayed by customs in some countries. Customs delays can be from 3 - 6 more weeks, but they do eventually get delivered.
The 3-dispenser offers virtually never get delayed in customs in any country.
Canadian customers usually have to pay a duty fee of about 10% on all imported orders.
United Kingdom customers occasionally have to pay a VAT and customs duties if their package gets randomly picked out by customs.
Do you have an autoship service?
No. We do not automatically ship monthly. You will need to re-order when you are ready.
I live outside the U.S. Your prices are in U.S. dollars. Will this convert to my country's currency?
Yes. Once you make an on-line purchase, your credit card automatically converts the price into your local currency that you will see on your next credit card statement.
I don't have a credit card. Can I pay with a cheque or money order?

What are the ingredients in Estro500?
There are two active ingredients: estriol and estradiol. Each pump contains approximately 1.0 mg of combined bio-identical human estrogens. 80% (or 0.8 mg) is estriol and 20% (0.2 mg) is estradiol. Estradiol is several times more potent than estriol.
What is airless dispenser?
This is very similar to the popular liquid soap dispensers. Just press down on the pump and out comes a pre-measured amount that dispenses the same amount each time. It is no mess and much easier to use than the old jars we used to have.
How many doses in an airless dispenser of Estro500?
One airless pump dispenser delivers approximately 80 pumps. At two pumps/night, this is enough for a 40 day supply.
How often should I take Estro500?
Apply two pumps to a clean, dry area of skin at bedtime. This dose is equivalent to .500 mg of Premarin. Often this dose needs to be increased depending on the response to symptoms. Estro500 can easily be applied twice daily. You can also apply directly to the outer edge and inside the vagina.
Does Estro500 irritate the skin?
It is a cosmetic product and actually helps the skin. However, some people can develop a redness or irritation if the cream is always applied to the same area. It is best to rotate skin sites to minimize skin irritation.
Is Estro500 manufactured in an FDA certified manufacturing facility?
